Objective
Travel to London for intensive training and become the only Australia-based specialist certified in Adzu, then introduce the platform nationally as a self-serve automation system. Enable Telstra store owners to create, personalise and export print and digital collateral independently, while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Outcome
Rolled out Adzu across every Telstra store in Australia, embedding automated, brand-controlled local marketing at scale. Increased speed and consistency of in-store communications nationwide while continuing to deliver day-to-day campaign design on the core account.
