Bringing the big blue bank into the digital era
When ANZ first began their radical transition into their new digital banking platform ANZ Plus, their outdated brand also needed a complete overhaul in order to place itself squarely within the digital market. This drastically new visual identity was such a success, it was adopted by ANZ’s traditional banking well ahead of schedule.

Employing the help of one of Australia’s most respected photographers, Toby Burrows, we captured an entire library of photography to help launch the bank’s new brand identity - one of warmth, imperfection and tactility.












The new ANZ Plus visual identity was created in stark contrast to the traditional ANZ that customers were familiar with. The hero of the show is the updated blue brand colour, which has been brought into the digital age with clarity and vibrance.
